  • What is your pet policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.


    All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

  • What Types of Apartments Are Available?

    Livano Springdale offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments in Louisville’s East End, featuring open-concept layouts and modern finishes.     Yes. Livano Springdale offers gated resident parking, reserved parking, and private garages for townhomes. Our community also features electric vehicle charging stations, making it convenient for residents to charge their EVs at home.


  • What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?

    Livano Springdale is served by TARC, Louisville’s public transportation system, with bus service available near the community along the Brownsboro Road, Chamberlain Lane, and Springhurst corridors. Nearby TARC service connects destinations such as The Paddock Shops, Springhurst Shopping Center, and Norton Brownsboro Hospital, with connections available to other routes throughout Louisville.


  • What School District Serves Livano Springdale Apartments?

    Livano Springdale is located within Jefferson County Public Schools. Nearby public schools include Norton Elementary School, Kammerer Middle School, and Ballard High School.
