We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Nearby TARC service connects destinations such as The Paddock Shops, Springhurst Shopping Center, and Norton Brownsboro Hospital, with connections available to other routes throughout Louisville.

Livano Springdale is located within Jefferson County Public Schools. Nearby public schools include Norton Elementary School, Kammerer Middle School, and Ballard High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
